Code of Conduct
Pursuant with USA Water Polo, we ask that all Napa Valley Masters Water Polo members and guests adhere to the USAWP Rules Governing Conduct.
NVMWP reserves the right to refuse admittance to any attendees or members do not adhere to this Code of Conduct.
All players must complete the Code of Conduct / Minor Consent form below. You will need your USA Water Polo Membership number. Minor participants will need a parent or legal guardian to provide information & consent.
