Our practices consist of a 15 to 30 minute warm up of your choice and then a game scrimmage with a referee if numbers allow. When our group is large enough (21 or more members), we’ll divide into three teams and have short 5-10 minute ‘games,’ rotating teams after each.
Practice Locations
Our practices are held at the Napa Valley College pool (see map below). The times are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 pm to 1 pm. And Sundays from 9 am to 11 am.
During the winter months (sometime in November to sometime in February) we practice at the Sonoma Splash Pool (see map below). The times for winter practices are: Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm and Sunday 9:30 am – 11:30 am.
Special Holiday Practices
We play every opportunity we get. This means we play on Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving and any holiday when we can get the pooltime.
